Pure water production for process use
Wherever process industry requires a specific grade of demineralised water. We have a product to suit. The ULP and XLP elements in the Permatec product range are recommended for low salinity applications where energy consumption is a key consideration. As such these products can be used in a wide range of industries on their own or with complementary technologies to achieve ultra-pure requirements
Potable water production
Products approved to NSF / ANSI / CAN 61 for drinking water systems. These products can be used on boreholes, springs and any other low turbidity water where dissolved constituents present a health or aesthetic (i.e. taste or odour) risk. Safe and effective removal of nitrates, pesticides, trihalomethane precursors or even just higher than normal levels of salinity.
Food and drink
NSF certified membranes for the production of demineralised water for the food and drink industry. These can be used on mains water and private abstractions from boreholes and springs providing a extremely high quality water for product use.
Wastewater and water recycling
The range includes a number of models especially suitable for wastewater recovery and recycling. We have fouling resistant membranes with super-high rejection rates up to 99.7%. This makes them highly suitable for wastewater recycling from factories where clean-in-place wastes are neutralised to produce high salinity wastewater. These are suitable for processing up to 8000 mg/l of total dissolved solids.
